Congressman Tim Burchett didn’t mince words during a virtual town hall Monday night—and what he said has every patriot cheering and the DOJ squirming.
The Tennessee Republican and Trump ally tore into the Department of Justice’s handling of the Epstein investigation, calling it an outright disaster and suggesting that those responsible should be “found guilty and hanged publicly.”
“I’m disappointed by Miss Bondi,” Burchett said, referencing Attorney General Pam Bondi’s flip-flop on the existence of the Epstein list. “One week she says there’s a list on her desk. The next, she claims there isn’t. Which is it?”
Burchett went on to throw his support behind FBI Director Kash Patel and Deputy Director Dan Bongino, who are reportedly in a power struggle with Bondi over the suppression of evidence related to Jeffrey Epstein’s elite client network.
“We need to get the information out,” he demanded. “It’s time the American people learn the truth.”

The Congressman, long known for his blunt, no-nonsense style, also admitted in a CNN interview earlier in the day that he doesn’t trust the DOJ at all—a sentiment increasingly shared by everyday Americans across the country.
The Epstein scandal has reached a boiling point, with thousands of files still hidden, and multiple federal agencies giving contradictory answers about what they have and what they’re willing to release.
Burchett just said out loud what most of us have been thinking for years: This is a cover-up—and it’s time the people involved face real justice.
The era of elites protecting elites may be ending—and voices like Burchett’s are making sure of it.
