Rep. Chip Roy just introduced the “MAMDANI Act” — a no-nonsense bill that would deport and strip U.S. citizenship from foreigners who advocate for Islamist, socialist, communist, or Chinese Communist Party agendas.
The legislation targets aliens who belong to or support organizations promoting Islamic fundamentalism, Marxism, socialism, or communism. On top of immediate deportation and denaturalization for those already here, the bill would permanently block admission to the United States for anyone in this category.

Named after democratic socialist NYC Mayor Zohran Mamdani — the radical who has openly pushed socialist policies and aligned with extreme left causes — the MAMDANI Act sends a clear message: America is not a playground for foreign radicals who want to import failed ideologies and undermine our country from within.
For too long, the U.S. has allowed individuals with clear anti-American agendas to enter, gain citizenship, and then agitate against the very system that gave them freedom and opportunity. This bill draws a hard line: if you come here and promote ideologies that have brought tyranny, poverty, and violence everywhere they’ve been tried, you don’t get to stay.
Roy’s legislation is exactly the kind of common-sense, America First policy voters demanded. No more open borders for radicals. No more citizenship for those who openly hate what America stands for. Deport them. Denaturalize them. Keep them out.
This is the kind of decisive action needed to protect our sovereignty and our culture. The MAMDANI Act should be passed immediately and signed into law.
