This has to be the dumbest statement a congressman can make against teenagers. This story is completely false. The kids did not seek the man out. The kids were not chanting “Build That Wall”. The kids did not harass the man. The man and his group approached the kids at a bus stop and proceeded to play a drum in a kids face while another man told the kids that “You White people go back to Europe where you came from”.
Congressman John Yarmouth (D-KY), Chairman of The House Budget Committee, has called for the “complete shutdown of teenagers wearing MAGA hats,” following a viral incident that occurred between teen Trump supporters and a Native American veteran.
“I am calling for a total and complete shutdown of teenagers wearing MAGA hats until we can figure out what is going on. They seem to be poisoning young minds. [1/2],” Yarmouth tweeted.

The mainstream media went wild on the teens yesterday, accusing the teens of harassing the vet. The media started a firestorm of online bullying against the teens, doxxing them and demanded the students get expelled from their school, the Covington Catholic High School.
The school expressed their disappointment with the teens and said they are investigating the incident.

The student never harassed the vet and it was the vet who approached the kids.
