You have to wonder how low the radical left will go, but six congressional Democrats just hit a new bottom with their joint statement responding to President Trump’s call for arrests and trials over their video urging military and intelligence officials to mutiny against his orders. The clip, posted by Sen. Elissa Slotkin (D-MI) and featuring Sens. Mark Kelly (D-AZ), Reps. Chris Deluzio (D-PA), Chrissy Houlahan (D-PA), Maggie Goodlander (D-NH), and Jason Crow (D-CO), tells service members they swore an oath to the Constitution and must refuse “illegal” commands from Trump. Slotkin’s post: “We want to speak directly to members of the Military and the Intelligence Community… Don’t give up the ship.”

Their Thursday statement is peak pathetic: “We are veterans and national security professionals who love this country… No threat, intimidation, or call for violence will deter us from that sacred obligation.” They claim Trump’s “punishable by death” remark (referring to sedition’s penalty) is the real threat, insisting they were just “restating the law.” Slotkin’s solo video doubles down: “You must refuse illegal orders.”
