Portland Bartender, Confronts Trans-Identified Male Who Pushed Others Out Of The Way In The Women’s Bathroom – Here’s How Serious The Judge Was When Prosecuting The Bartender

A woman has been convicted by a Portland, Ore. jury of criminal harassment and a hate crime after she misgendered and confronted a trans person using the women’s bathroom.

Cassandra McIntyre told Riis Larsen (pictured below), a far-left trans activist formerly known as Ronald A. Larsen, that they’re a man and to “get out” after the male allegedly shoved another person to cut in line for the women’s toilet. The jury saw video of McIntyre lightly shoving Larsen during the confrontation. She was sentenced to two years probation plus community service—longer than what convicted violent BLM-Antifa rioters and arsonists received in Multnomah County.

Larsen is a self-identified Marxist “queer demi-binary trans woman” who posts online often about transphobia.

Yes, a bias crime. That’s code for hate crime, FYI.

Video surveillance footage from inside the establishment showed McIntyre shoving Larsen but did not pick up audio.

Here’s how serious the judge was when prosecuting this poor woman:

“YOU ARE COMMANDED to arrest the above-named defendant forthwith and bring said defendant before me.”

Here’s why our nation’s most woke city convicted this poor woman of hate crime:

McIntyre, a bartender at Sellwood bar, had just completed her shift and sat down to have a drink when she reportedly heard patrons complaining that Larsen had cut in line to use the women’s single-stall restroom and pushed other patrons in the process, court documents show.

Larsen testified in court on Tuesday that she was physically confronted by McIntyre upon exiting the women’s restroom. Larsen claimed that McIntyre had cornered her and told her that she “was a man” and needed to use the men’s restroom.

Larsen said that she attempted to explain her “gender identity” to McIntyre but was shoved by the bartender and told to “get out.”

Even worse,

McIntyre testified that she did not understand that she had been “misgendering” Larsen and had to look up the definition of transgender in the dictionary. The defendant did not deny pushing Larsen and asserted that she had just been “making space.”

She didn’t even know what a transgender was!

And then we have this woke testimony right here:

R.J. Stangland, another patron who was inside the bar during the incident, testified as a witness and claimed that he heard McIntrye repeatedly use the wrong pronouns for Larsen and overheard her saying that Larsen should not be allowed to use the women’s restroom.
