A chilling twist has emerged out of Georgia, where a 17-year-old girl who went viral on TikTok for grieving her murdered parents is now behind bars—charged with killing them herself.
Sarah Grace Patrick captured attention online after the February 20 double homicide of her mother, Kristin Brock, 41, and stepfather, James Brock, 45. The couple was found dead in their home by Patrick’s 6-year-old sister. In the weeks that followed, Patrick shared emotional TikToks, writing captions like “miss them so much” and “Take me back to the beach [right now],” painting herself as a heartbroken daughter searching for answers.

But now police say she may have known all along.
On July 8, Patrick was arrested and charged with two counts of murder and two counts of aggravated assault. Authorities say her biological father ultimately turned her in.
Even more disturbing: Patrick reportedly contacted a TikTok true crime creator known as “AllegedlyReportedly” to get them to cover the murder—despite allegedly being the one who committed it. The creator revealed messages showing Patrick asking them to “look up the Brock case” and claiming her parents had been mysteriously killed in their home.
“If you asked me about my mom and stepdad, I’d say I miss them so much,” Patrick wrote in one TikTok video. But law enforcement says she never came forward with critical information during the investigation.
Officials believe others may still be involved. “It’s very possible,” said Carroll County Sheriff’s spokesperson Ashley Hulsey. “We are still working with her diligently.”
Patrick’s TikTok account has since been deleted.
One thing is clear: sympathy from the internet won’t save her now.
