In a new interview from the White House, President Trump was asked point-blank if he intends to prosecute Joe Biden now that he’s back in office—and his response might surprise even his biggest critics.
“Joe Biden pardoned a lot of people,” Trump said. “He didn’t pardon himself. He could’ve.”
But when pressed about whether he plans to go after Biden now that the roles are reversed, Trump made his position clear:
“I wouldn’t do to him what he did to me.”

The message is unmistakable: Trump isn’t interested in revenge prosecutions—he’s interested in restoring the rule of law and ending politically motivated witch hunts.
Still, his comment about Biden not pardoning himself has people talking. It was a subtle—but unmistakable—warning: If wrongdoing is uncovered, the law will be followed.
But unlike the Biden administration, which Trump says “weaponized justice,” he emphasized fairness and restraint.
As he put it: “We’re going to bring back equal justice under the law.”
Now the ball is in Biden’s court—and for once, the press can’t protect him from the consequences of his own actions.
