Former first lady Michelle Obama energized Democrats with her speech at the Democratic National Convention.
Obama made her case for why the country should elect Vice President Kamala Harris. In doing so, she was critical of former President Donald Trump.
“Who’s going to tell him that the job he is currently seeking might just be one of those Black jobs,’ Obama said, referring to a comment Trump made about immigrants taking jobs from Black Americans.
But who’s gonna tell her that even her former neighbors are voting for Trump this November?
In a video shared on Twitter by Benny Johnson, Obama’s neighbors on the South Side of Chicago are asked who they want for president. The responses are surprising, with several expressing support for Donald Trump over other candidates. The reactions suggest that even in a historically Democrat stronghold, there are significant levels of dissatisfaction with the current political leadership, including Obama. This sentiment may be unexpected given Obama’s influence and presence in the area.

Legitimate *shock* at these answers.
