Florida Republican Rep. Anna Paulina Luna addressed the resurfacing of a video showing her dancing in a ‘Make America Great Again’ swimsuit. The 35-year-old Air Force veteran and former model confirmed the authenticity of the video, humorously noting on her X account that the swimsuit shows she is “biologically a woman.” Luna criticized Democrats for re-sharing the video, accusing them of low IQ behavior and targeting her over an almost decade-old modeling photo. Despite the criticism, Luna received support from conservatives.
“There are better to do with your time than digging up modeling photos of me from almost a decade ago. The left is attempting to make this a thing yet can’t define a woman. Very low IQ behavior. Get over it,” Luna wrote, taking aim at Democratic politicians’ support of the transgender community.

The 35-year-old pol sported the suit in a 2016 video to show her support for Trump before she began serving in the House of Representatives at the start of last year.
Luna blamed Democrats for re-sharing the video and received support from many conservatives, though some alt-right accounts also criticized the revealing video.
Luna, endorsed by Donald Trump and Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene, was elected to represent Florida’s 13th district in November 2022, making history as the first Mexican-American woman elected to Congress from the state.
