A new video has surfaced allegedly depicting a shooting incident that occurred in Downtown Spokane on Friday evening.

The livestream, posted on YouTube, purportedly captures moments before, during, and after a shooting near 2nd Avenue and Division Street around 7:15 p.m. on June 7.
