Trump Leaves for ‘Alligator Alcatraz’ and Tries to Explain Inmate Escape Routes—It’s Comedy Gold (VIDEO)

Before boarding his flight to the Florida Everglades, President Trump couldn’t resist cracking a few jokes about the now-infamous detention facility dubbed “Alligator Alcatraz.” And let’s just say, his off-the-cuff comments about potential inmate escape attempts had everyone laughing—and cheering.

Speaking to reporters early Tuesday morning, Trump said:

“This place is incredible. If anyone tries to escape, they’re gonna have a nice little meet and greet with the alligators and pythons. There’s one road in, and no way out—unless it’s a one-way flight back to where they came from.”

The detention facility, officially located at Florida’s Dade-Collier Training and Transition Airport, is set to become a model for efficient illegal alien processing and deportation. Built in just eight days, the 3,000-bed compound takes full advantage of its natural surroundings—snakes, swamps, and gators—to keep criminals locked down.

Florida AG James Uthmeier didn’t mince words:

“If they get out, they’re not going anywhere. There’s nothing out there but Everglades.”

Trump, who was joined by Governor Ron DeSantis, Congressman Byron Donalds, and DHS Secretary Kristi Noem, is scheduled to tour the facility and participate in a roundtable later today.

Critics, as expected, are already losing their minds. But supporters are calling it a genius move: fast, effective, and a total game-changer.

And as for Trump? He’s having a field day. “Alligator Alcatraz,” he grinned, “might just be the most beautiful prison ever built.”
