A liberal woman calls into C-SPAN while Dinesh D’Souza is talking with host John McArdle about his book, The Big Lie: Exposing the Nazi Roots of the American Left’
First, the women tells a falsehood about D’Souza’s movie, 2016: Obama’s America in that it was a “little movie.”
The woman then went into saying that the “big lie” is Conservatives, like D’Souza, telling lies so big, that people still believe them, even if the lie is retracted. She claims Republican do this because a shadow of a big lie always remains around.
In reply to the woman, D’Souza ripped her by pointing out that his movie, 2016: Obama’s America was the 2nd highest grossing political movie of all time and it was shown in 2,000 theaters across the country.
D’Souza then explained how his book is based on what Hitler used to do, by projecting what he actually did onto the Jews. He explained this is what Democrats do — project their own sins on Republicans by claiming they are racists and fascists when historically Democrats have been the ones who were actually racist and fascists.
As and example, D’Souza described how Franklin Delano Roosevelt studied Italian fascism to bring it to America. Mussolini was a fan of his for being a fascist.
