Elizabeth Warren Calls for a Ban on Menthol Cigarettes Because They Are Racist Against Blacks

1

Fauxcahontas Elizabeth Warren along with other Democrat senators aer calling for a ban of menthol cigarettes because they are racist.

Warren added her name to the campaign led by fellow Massachusetts Sen. Edward Markey, Rhode Island Sens. Jack Reed and Sheldon Whitehouse and Connecticut Sen. Richard Blumenthal.

In a letter to the Food and Drug Administration, the senators argued that African-Americans have the highest mortality rate of all ethnic groups due to smoking related diseases, and Menthol cigarettes pose a greater risk.

The letter, signed by the senators, cited a 2011 study done by the FDA that showed “menthol cigarettes pose a public health risk above that seen with non-menthol cigarettes.”

They argued that this effect is greatest in the African American community because it is a target market.

“The tobacco industry has a long history of targeting menthol cigarettes to African-Americans and in particular African-American youth through strategic marketing and promotional materials,” the letter read.

“These actions have resulted in significant health disparities in communities of color,” it said.

What is Warren saying exactly? Is she saying that black people are not intelligent enough to resist cigarette marketing or read the Surgeon General’s warning on the cigarette packets?

First we have liberals erroneously claiming black people are to ignorant to get picture identification to present at the voting booth.

We also had liberals set academic standards for being accepted into universities lower for black people which only hurt black people in the long run.

What do you call it when you claim someone is not intelligent enough based simply on the color of their skin? Oh, yeah, that’s called racism.
