This is two-tiered justice on steroids.
A federal magistrate judge just looked a man accused of trying to assassinate President Trump and top administration officials right in the eye — and apologized to him.
Magistrate Judge Zia Faruqui told the WHCA Dinner shooter suspect, Cole Allen, that he was “fascinated and disturbed” by how Allen was treated in jail. Allen had been placed on suicide watch and in five-point restraints after telling investigators he didn’t expect to survive the attack.
Faruqui wasn’t buying the prosecutors’ argument that Allen was a danger to himself. Instead, he compared Allen’s treatment to January 6 defendants and said he’d “never heard of one Jan. 6 defendant who was put in five-point restraints or in a safe cell.”
Then he went full activist: “At a minimum, I should be apologizing to him. We are obligated to make sure he’s taken care of. Mr. Allen, I’m sorry that things have not been the way they are supposed to.”
Unbelievable. A guy storms an event with a shotgun, handgun, and knives intending to murder the President and his team — and the judge is sorry the handcuffs were too tight?
But wait — it gets worse.
This is the same Judge Zia Faruqui who, just last year, dismissed the case against Edward Alexander Dana — a man who openly threatened to kill President Trump.
The pattern is crystal clear. When it’s a leftist lunatic threatening or attacking Trump, this judge bends over backwards to show sympathy and leniency. When it’s conservatives or Trump supporters? Different story.
One X account even posted screenshots of Faruqui’s rulings and a photo of the judge, with the caption predicting Allen will be “out of jail within 5 years.”
This isn’t a glitch in the system. This is the system working exactly as the radical left designed it. The same DC swamp that spent years protecting Biden’s family, ignoring real threats, and crushing J6 patriots with solitary confinement now has a judge apologizing to an attempted presidential assassin while letting previous Trump threats walk free.
President Trump has survived two assassination attempts and now this latest nightmare at the WHCA Dinner — all while the media and their activist judges treat the attackers with kid gloves. Meanwhile, grandmas who prayed outside abortion clinics or walked through the Capitol on January 6 rot in prison.
This is why Americans elected Trump in a landslide. This is why he’s fighting to drain the swamp, reform the courts, and restore real justice. No more activist judges shielding Trump’s enemies while patriots get the book thrown at them.
The American people are watching. We see the two tiers. We see the corruption. And we’re done with it.
Impeach these activist judges. Fire the ones who can’t be impartial. And back President Trump as he cleans house — because the Republic depends on it.
