Terrorist apologist and Muslim activist Linda Sarsour was caught on Twitter asking for people to send donation for hurricane Harvey relief but it turned out the address to send the money was a left-wing political PAC that has nothing to do with relief efforts in Texas due to the hurricane.
On Sunday, Sarsour tweeted out an address for people to donate to help the victims of Hurricane Harvey, calling it a “Harvey Hurricane Relief Fund.”

But Internet sleuths quickly discovered that the link she posted sent people to a left-wing political organization website that indicated it was the Texas Organizing Project Education Fund (TOPEF).
It turns out that TOPEF has absolutely nothing at all to do with Harvey response or relief. The website itself has no promises that any donations will directly help hurricane Harvey victims.
The site says only that the money will be used to “ensure that we have the resources we need to organize and fight for Texans devastated by Hurricane Harvey.”
The site also says, “Together we will organize and advocate for our devastated communities, shining a spotlight on inequalities that emerge in the restoration of lives, livelihoods, and homes, amplifying the needs of hard-hit communities, and providing legal assistance for residents wrongfully denied government support.”

- I am not a foreign national who lacks permanent residence in the United States.
- This contribution is made from my own funds, and not those of another.
- This contribution is not made from the funds of a corporation or labor organization.
- This contribution is made on a personal credit card or debit card for which I have the legal obligation to pay, and is not made either on a corporate or business entity card or on the card of another person.
- I am at least eighteen years old.
Contributions or gifts are tax deductible.
By setting those terms, it is clear they are collecting as a political PAC and not for charity.
None of the funds will actually be used for tangible disaster relief, they will instead be spent on the purported “relief” that liberal political policies might bring in theory.
Twitter users outed Sarsour for possible diverting Harvey relief donations to extremist, left-wing political activities disguised as Harvey relief.
