The Philadelphia Mummers parade turned ugly after a spectator grabbed the Trump flag from one of its participants sparking a fracas and chants of ‘f***ing liberal.’
The brawl between the spectator and mummer erupted around 2.30pm during the annual folk parade when a spectator grabbed the flag during the procession.
A video of the melee surfaced this morning, as the exchange escalated as cheers are heard from crowd, ‘Yeah bro ….yeah f*** him up … f*** him up.’
One of the Mummers punched the flag thief in the face.

The annual New Year’s Day is a lively event that features more than 10,000 adults and children clad in colorful costumes as they strut down the city streets.
The event has been billed as the longest-running traditional folk parade in the country and has been compared to Mardi Gras in New Orleans, in many ways.
A mummer is defined as ‘any man, woman or child involved in the fantasy of song, dance and costume splendor on each January 1st in the annual Philadelphia New Year’s Day parade,’ Rusty Martz, president of the board of directors of the Mummers Museum told Penn Live.
