WH Isn’t Mentioning Biden’s Rare Disease That Can Increase Death In COVID Patients

The coughing problem that Biden has started surfacing late last year!

As he revealed his plans to tackle the Covid outbreak in the United States, Biden repeatedly coughed and cleared his throat while asking Americans to “mask up” during his first 100 days in office.

At the time, he vowed to provide better childcare options for working mothers and promised to reopen public schools as safe as possible.

Biden also cleared his throat several times just a week as he alluded to Trump’s refusal to accept defeat.

People joked online about the President’s health!
But it has since re-emerged that Joe Biden suffers from GERD.

Democratic officials in Washington are refusing to speak about President Joe Biden’s biggest health risk. One that could make his recent bout with COVID-19 deadly.

The disease can be little more than an annoyance most times.

But today is not most times. The world continues to face the COVD-19 pandemic and people with chronic conditions face a higher risk of death or severe complications if they catch the virus.

Last week, the White House announced Biden tested positive for COVID. He was receiving treatment and remained isolated while continuing to work.

Absent from the announcement was Biden’s potential risk involving GERD. There have been recent studies that show a correlation between an increased risk of dying for patients with GERD who contract COVID-19. According to one study out of Australia, that GERD led to a 15 percent increase in severe illness or death from COVID compared to patients without the acid reflux.

Coronavirus and GERD can have similar symptoms, such as cough and chest pain. The concerning thing is that COVID can cause respiratory illness, and so can GERD, so it’s a double-whammy for Joe, and as we know, he developed a repository illness. It’s very odd that this ailment is part of the public record, yet, nobody is really talking about it right now. And even more odd, is that this ailment is linked to serious bouts with COVID, even death. But our media is still not discussing it. I think any situation where an elderly person is more likely to catch a respiratory illness is very serious; I think when they’re hit with TWO of these illnesses simultaneously, it’s newsworthy. And so you really have to wonder why nobody is discussing it.

What is gastroesophageal reflux disease?

Gastrooesophageal reflux disease causes people to cough and clear their throat more.

It is a common condition that causes by acid from the stomach leaks up into the esophagus (gullet).

It usually occurs due to the ring of muscle at the bottom of the esophagus becoming weakened.

Douglas Drossman, MD, founder of Drossman Gastroenterology. said:

“GERD is a disease where gastric acid flows backwards from the stomach into the esophagus and causes damage in the lining,” Drossman explains. “

“The damage can be irritation, erosions or even ulcers. When the symptoms are prolonged, it can cause scarring and strictures.”

How long has Joe Biden suffered from gastroesophageal reflux?

In December 2019, the President-elect’s doctor, Kevin C. O’Connor, told The Wall Street Journal that Biden experiences the condition.

It also led to people reminding others that the president-elect has gastroesophageal reflux, which causes symptoms of “having to clear his throat more often.”

At the time, Biden’s doctor wrote in a December 2019 medical evaluation that it was not considered a sign of significant illness.

But the Democrat also said during the live stream that it was just a minor illness.

“Thank you, I have a little bit of a cold. I’m sorry but look, you know, you did it, you did it – not a joke,” he added.
